Singulr

Terms and conditions.

Last updated 29 October 2026. The rules for using this website and our software, in plain English.

The short version

  • Our open source code is yours to use under Apache 2.0.
  • Use our tools on networks, devices and accounts you’re allowed to use.
  • It’s provided as is, so check what an agent does before you rely on it.

Agreeing to these terms

By using this website or our software, you agree to these terms. If you don’t, please don’t use them. Our open source projects are also covered by their own licenses, which come first for the code itself.

This website

You’re welcome to browse, link to and share it. Please don’t break it, scrape it aggressively, or pretend to be us. Unless a page says otherwise, the text and design of this site are © 2026 Singulr Tech.

Our software and licenses

Our open source projects are released under the Apache License 2.0. The LICENSE file in each repository is the legal text. In short, you may use, modify and distribute the code, including commercially, as long as you follow the license’s conditions.

Projects that aren’t open source come with their own terms, shown with the project.

Contributing

If you send us a contribution to an open source project, it is licensed under that project’s license unless you clearly say otherwise, as Apache 2.0 section 5 describes. Only contribute work you have the right to share.

Using our tools responsibly

  • Wavvy: only use networks and accounts you’re authorised to use.
  • LinkUp: only connect to and control devices you own or have permission to access.
  • Wiggle and other agents: you’re responsible for what an agent does on your behalf, including on sites with their own rules. Check its work before relying on it.
  • XRisk: it’s a safety layer, not a substitute for hardening your infrastructure. Your policies and deployments remain your responsibility.
  • Don’t use our software to break the law, attack others, or get around security you don’t have permission to test.

Third-party services

Some of our tools rely on services we don’t run. Wiggle needs your own Google Gemini API key, so Google’s terms and any charges apply to that usage. Our code is hosted on GitHub, and extensions may be installed through a browser store. Those services’ terms apply too.

No warranty

Our software and this site are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We don’t promise they’ll be uninterrupted or error-free. Take extra care with anything that connects to networks, controls devices or automates actions on the web.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data or lost profits arising from the site or our software. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Names and logos

The Singulr, Wavvy, Shiny Fishstick, LinkUp, Wiggle and XRisk names and logos aren’t licensed under Apache 2.0, as section 6 of that license explains. Please don’t use them in a way that suggests we endorse you.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site or software after a change means you accept it.
